Its roomali roti made crispy in a bowl shape and garnished with ghee, corriander and masala (probably chat masala!) And you should taste it to believe it! Its simply yummy 🙂

Appam is a south Indian roti made of rice and made in a bowl so it comes out in the shape of a bowl…
