Kachori, anyone?

There are a lot of varieties of kachoris available in India and can be had with a lot of different types of garnishing. This one is of a dried variety and can be preserved for a few weeks. We pepped it up with some yummy tamarind chatani and soya chips! Looks yummy, isn’t it?

  1. kachoris filled with dry masala along potato veggie in thin gravy is ultimate 🙂
    anothr varient is dal baati (kachori) n choorma of rajasthan. Its yummy but it has lots n lots of desi ghee.

    • Now I HAVE to go to chaat center today!!!

      And, just for your info, “daal baati” is not a type of kachori 😛 😛
